Event Description
Mark your calendars! Come join us for the mid-1960’s Senior Prom! Denny and the DC Drifters will be playing the hits everyone danced to at the prom. Dress up if you would like! There will be a dance contest and lots of surprises.
Denny and the D.C. Drifters are led by Denny Charnecki of Austin, who has played with Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Fabian, Tommy Roe, the Coasters, the Hermits, the Shirelles, and Chubby Checker. This band will bring all of the greatest music hits from yesteryear!
The Iowa Rock N’ Roll Association
The Rock the Roof concert series is presented by the Iowa Rock N’ Roll Association. The Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Music Association Hall of Fame & Museum exists to preserve the legacy of rock and roll music in Iowa by honoring achievements, educating youth and inspiring artists. Established in 1997, we are a501(c)(3) non-profit statewide organization with many areas of service.
